1. Circular : measures 21cm in diameter.

This has four knives - half heart knife for hard cheese such as Parmesan.

                                 - wide spatula for crumbly cheese like Wensleydale.

                                 - narrow blade knife for soft cheese such as Camembert and Brie.

                                 - cheese fork for medium soft cheese like Cheddar.

2. Heart Shaped : measures 20cm x 20cm

This has three knives. As above but without the narrow blade knife.
